We are seeking a CNC Machinist to support the machining of precision mechanical components used in our medical imaging systems. This role also contributes to mechanical assembly and ensures all parts meet strict quality and tolerance standards.

We are seeking a CNC Machinist to support the machining of precision mechanical components used in our medical imaging systems. This role also contributes to mechanical assembly and ensures all parts meet strict quality and tolerance standards.
- Perform CNC machining operations including milling and turning
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining processes
- Assist with final mechanical assembly of components and products
- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances
- Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Paint, and Stockroom teams to improve processes and productivity
- Maintain machinery and ensure safe, proper operation at all times
- Keep maintenance and safety logs up to date
- Work in a manufacturing environment with expose to noise, machinery, and chemicals
- Provide status updates on in-process work to supervisors
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks and CAMWorks preferred)
- Working knowledge of G-code programming
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes (milling and lathe operations)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic math skills
- 1-3 years of machining experience
- Familiarity with FDA GMP/QSR and ISO 13485 standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Technical certification or machining-related training preferred
- Ability to lift and move components and materials as required (typically up to 50 lbs.)
