What You’ll Do
As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship while developing the core skills needed to succeed in medical sales:
- Receive one-on-one coaching from experienced account managers
- Actively participate in the sales process
- Develop skills in negotiation, project planning, lead generation, and closing deals
- Build strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Take on meaningful, high-impact responsibilities within the department
- Complete training and professional development programs
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare manufacturing industry
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree (minimum) in any discipline
- Willingness and ability to travel out of state
- Strong interest in transitioning into a sales role with uncapped commission
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and excellence
- Eagerness to learn and continuously develop both personally and professionally
