This Trainee position:
- Offers mentorship and one on one coaching with top account managers.
- Active collaboration in sales process.
- On-the-job training; negotiation skills, project planning, lead development, deal closing.
- Exposure to enhanced analytical, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
- Opportunity to perform department-leading tasks.
- Further development through attendance in company-sponsored training courses.
- A broad understanding of the healthcare manufacturing industry.
- Minimum Associates degree in any discipline
- Your ability to travel out of state.
